Activities:
Friday 23rd October – Registration night
Meet & greet. Registration between 4pm to 7pm at the Speights Ale House, 99 Quarantine Road, Annesbrook, Nelson (6 minutes’ drive from Tahuna Holiday Park)
Saturday 24th October
Saturday Morning – 9am to 12 show and shine and judging at Saxton Fields Sports Complex, 142 Saxton Road, Stoke. Lots of parking and will have the café open. Leave by 12.30pm for short run.
Saturday afternoon – ‘Short run’ to Mapua Village (45 minutes’ drive through the Moutere) where they have numerous eateries. Leave by 3.30pm.
Saturday night – Fancy dress dinner – The theme is ‘At the Beach’. Meet at 5pm dinner at 6pm, dinner with some auction items at Tahuna Event Conference Centre. 70 Beach Road.
Sunday 25th October
Sunday morning – ‘Long Run’ 9am meet at Tahuna Event Conference Centre and depart at 10am. Run to beautiful Lake Rotoiti, St Arnaud (92km each way. It takes about 65 minutes’ drive)
Sunday lunch – Picnic on lake front or meal at the St Arnaud Lodge or Tahuna Conference Centre can supply lunch
Sunday afternoon – 2.30pm drive back to Nelson 92km (65 minutes’ drive)
Sunday night – Meet at 5pm dinner at 6pm. Prizegiving and auction at Tahuna Event Conference Centre. 10pm dinner ends.
Monday 26th October
Monday Morning – 8am to 10am, Breakfast. Venue yet to be decided.
